CANCELATION POLICY
if the booking is cancelled less than a week prior arrival, the deposit will be lost. If the booking is cancelled more than a week prior arrival, the deposit will still remain valid during one year for a later reservation. These conditions are unalterable, unless agreed in writing by both parties prior to the cancelation deadline.
