He will also prepare you a personal programme to take home and extend its benefits further away than your holidays ! In summer, this activity usually take place at the end of the day on the rooftop open air gym in the late afternoon, while enjoying the spectacular sunsets over the Bay of San Antonio and its islands, or right on the beach !

FITNESS Packages

One week: 7 nights accommodation with breakfast and 5 days Fitness course (1 hr. 30 min./day)
Weekend: 2 nights accommodation with breakfast and 2 days Fitness course (1 hr. 30 min./day)
Special Language (1 week minimum): 7 nights accommodation with breakfast and 5 days of intensive English or Spanish language course (native teachers) and 5 days of Fitness course (optional)
Special Mixed: All packages, week or weekend, are taylor made and can combine one different activty or watersport each day
